What web browsers does your CMS interface and editor support?

You can edit your site on a PC or a Mac with a modern Web browser that has JavaScript enabled. All the modern browsers have this enabled by default and you'd have to intentionally turn it off.

We do all of our site content editing on Macs in FireFox and Safari. But it works just as well in FireFox and IE for Windows. The same should be true for Linux users (though we still need to do some testing there).
